Adjustment Of Rice Planting Machine

　　1. Gear position: according to the need of sowing quantity, select the appropriate rotation ratio through gear position. A large rotation ratio is used for large sowing quantity and a small rotation ratio is used for small sowing quantity.

　　2. Sowing amount: realized by changing the working length of the seeding wheel.

　　For users that use the hongxiangseeder rice planting machine, it is recommended to using low grade and then adjust the seeding rate of the trimmer to save fuel.

　　3. Depth of furrow opener: The furrow opener is buried by spring pressure and self-weight. The greater the spring pressure, the deeper the furrow opener is buried. The pressure in the spring should be changed according to the sowing depth and soil hardness, and the appropriate ditching depth should be adjusted. During adjustment, the pressure in each spring should be made consistent to make the depth of furrow opener equal.

　　4. Seed-metering tongue: According to different seed particle sizes, the opening degree of the seed-metering tongue shall be properly adjusted. The opening degree of the seed-metering tongue for large seeds shall be large, and vice versa. After adjustment, the position of the seed-metering tongue shall be fixed.

　　5. Line spacing: when adjusting, it shall be from the center to both side. The row spacing shall be based on the distance between the shovel tips of the opener. Tighten the bolts after proper adjustment.

　　6. Number of rows: If the number of rows is less than the number of rows of the seeder, the redundant furrow opener, and seed delivery pipe shall be removed, the seed metering hole shall be covered with a seed cover plate at the bottom of the seedbox, and the row spacing shall be adjusted as required.
