How To Clean Vegetable Planter

　　1. Hot wash transplanter. Wash with alkali and emulsifier solution after heating. Because engine oil and gear oil are insoluble in alkaline solutions and can only form emulsions, emulsifiers (sodium silicate, soap, etc.) should be added to alkaline solutions. The function of the emulsifier is: it can penetrate the oil layer, weaken the bonding force between the oil and the metal, and promote the rupture and separation of the oil film.

　　2. The solution is heated to 7℃～8℃, the parts are immersed in the solution and boiled. After washing, wash with 60-80℃ water, and then dry. Clean with metal cleaner. In recent years, metal cleaning agents have been widely used. They can replace diesel, kerosene, and gasoline to clean parts, and are cheap and safe to use. It can clean metal without rusting. Metal cleaning agents are divided into acidic, alkaline, neutral, and solvent types, and the methods of use of each part are the same.

　　3. Alkali metal cleaning agent needs high-temperature cleaning, but the room temperature cleaning effect is not good. In the process of using a metal cleaning agent, pay attention to the type and nature of the dirt on the parts, master the concentration and temperature of the cleaning agent, and clean in strict accordance with the requirements of the instructions.

　　4. In the cleaning of vegetable planters, kerosene, gasoline, and diesel are used as cleaning agents. The parts are placed in the oil basin with a strainer and cleaned with a wire brush. The oil penetrates the bottom of the basin through the strainer. The cleaned parts can be dried in the air. But it should be noted that if you want to clean the oil on the friction plate, brush a little gasoline on the friction plate. Oil-resistant rubber parts and leather parts must not be cleaned with oily stains.

　　To save oil and achieve a better cleaning effect, first clean relatively clean, smooth, and small parts, and then clean large and heavy parts. Oil can also be packed in several oil cans, divided into primary washing, secondary washing, and fine washing. The washed oil can be used at the beginning of washing and used after precipitation to achieve the purpose of fuel-saving.
