　　When the thresher is working, ensure that the drum speed is within the specified range. The higher the drum running speed, the higher the seed removal rate, but at the same time it will also increase the damage rate; and the lower the drum running speed, the relatively lower the damage rate. In addition, the intermittent time of corn feeding should be adjusted to an appropriate range after comprehensive consideration of various factors such as the moisture content of the corn.

　　In addition, pay attention to the recuperation and adjustment of the corn sheller. At most every 8 hours of work, it should be shut down for repairs, and the wear condition should be checked. If severe wear or failure parts are found, they should be replaced in time. Once the thresher runs for a long time, it should be shut down for inspection immediately, and the operation can be continued after troubleshooting.
